A Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, Wendy Dolyk joined Providence Care Centers in 2008 as Executive Director. In this role, Wendy leads the administrative operations and strategic direction of the organization.

Coordinator of Spiritual Care
Sister Julitta M. Campbell joined the Providence Care Centers’ Team in August 2007. Her rich background as an educator and pastoral minister was a perfect match for the organization.

Director of Admissions/Marketing
Sara Warner joined Providence Care Center in 1999 as Director of Admissions/Marketing. In this role, Sara leads the marketing and admission efforts of Providence Care Center’s state-of-the-art rehabilitation center.
Jane Windisch
Admissions/Marketing Director of Assisted Living and Memory Care
Jane Windisch, Admissions/Marketing Director at The Commons of Providence, has been with Providence Care Centers for more than 20 years. Jane is a graduate of St. Joseph’s School of Practical Nursing in Lorain, Ohio and also was a licensed Realtor.
